I love everything about running! There’s something so empowering about its simplicity. Movement, sweat and determination changes us. My passion is helping women grow and develop through running. While crossing the finish line for that gorgeous medal can be incredibly rewarding, we often find the greatest joy in the journey. Whether you’re just getting started, returning after a break, or gearing up for your next goal race, I will guide and support you along the way. Having a dedicated coach means taking the guess work out of training.
Having the support of your coach is paramount to your success. Each athlete receives a customized training plan tailored to meet your goals and scheduling needs. With check-ins and ongoing support, we’ll work together to have you feeling confident and well prepared. Lace-up and leave the details to me!

I coach women who are just getting started, as well as more seasoned athletes. I especially enjoy working with women in their 50’s and beyond. Whether you are logging some miles for fitness, training for a new PR, or are just interested in finding out what this "running thing" is all about, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
